Senior Civil Designer | Northern Virginia
IMEG is seeking a Senior Civil Designer specializing in Civil Land Development Projects to join our Civil team in Northern Virginia locations (Fairfax, Manassas, Leesburg, Warrenton). In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of large, complex land development projects in the public and private sectors, working closely with engineers and consultants to provide project direction, advanced engineering solutions, and client-focused outcomes. You will oversee engineering analysis, design, and implementation, review work by others, and ensure projects meet IMEG's high standards. This is an opportunity to drive innovation, mentor team members, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated solutions for a variety of land development projects.
